JURIDICAL PERSONALITY AND LEGAL CAPACITY. 1. The Fund shall possess full juridical personality and in particular capacity to: (a) contract; (b) acquire and dispose of immovable and moveable property; and (c) institute legal proceedings. 2. The principal office of the Fund shall be located in Trinidad and Tobago. 3. The Fund shall conclude an agreement with the Government of Trinidad and Tobago on the status, privileges and immunities of the Fund. The agreement shall be approved by the Board, and signed by the Chairman.
