Common use of Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. (a) Subject to subsection (b) below, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Warrant (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of the Warrant). (b) This Condition 9.2 is for the benefit of both the Holder and the Company. As a result, the Holder shall not be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Investor may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.

(b) 15.2.2 This Condition 9.2 Clause 15.2 is for the benefit of both the Holder and the CompanyInvestor only. As a result, the Holder Investor shall not be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a dispute Dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction.
