– JURISDICTION OF THE AGREEMENT. 8.01 This Agreement covers all restoration and installation of masonry and refractory work in the construction industry and work utilising material to replace masonry in the territorial jurisdiction of the Union Local 1. 8.02 Special terms and conditions shall be agreed to for refractory work.
