Keeping and Inspection of Records. The Agent agrees to keep accurate and complete records of the Agent's activities carried out under this Clause 4 and to allow the University or the College to examine such records, or to furnish a copy of such records to the University or the College, upon the University or the College making a request in relation to the records by giving the Agent at least seven (7) days notice in writing.
