Common use of Keeping information up to date Clause in Contracts

Keeping information up to date. 19.3.1 You undertake to: (i) confirm (or update, if necessary), when requested, such information (and/or documentary materials) about (or relating to) you and/or your child that is held by the School; and (ii) in any event, inform the School of any change to you or your child's circumstances (including, where applicable, in connection with your child's entitlement to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom), or to information about (or relating to) you or your child that has previously been notified to the School, including relevant contact details.
