Common use of Key Man Insurance Clause in Contracts

Key Man Insurance. The parties agree that the Company has the option to purchase one or more key man life insurance policies upon the life of the Employee. The Company shall own and shall have the absolute right to name the beneficiary or beneficiaries of said policy. The Employee agrees to cooperate fully with the Company in securing said policy, including, but not limited to submitting himself to any physical examination which may be required at such reasonable times and places as Company shall specify.

Key Man Insurance. The parties agree that the Company has the option to purchase one or more key man life insurance policies upon the life of the Employee.
