KEYS and KEY FOBS. 10.1 You must look after your Accommodation keys and return the keys when leaving your Accommodation for the last time. We may charge a reasonable sum for providing a replacement. 10.2 For operational reasons and to take account of our other students and occupiers of Halls, your obligations under clause 7 remain applicable until you vacate or return the Accommodation keys, whichever is the later.

KEYS and KEY FOBS. 5.9.1. All keys and Key fobs are the property of ARGO and should never be duplicated for any reason. 5.9.2. Member may not lend, share or transfer any keys or Card Keys to any third party. 5.9.3. A lost card fee of $25 will be charged for any lost card key.

  • Use of Affiliated Companies and Subcontractors In connection with the services to be provided by Manager under this Agreement, Manager may, to the extent it deems appropriate, and subject to compliance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, make use of (i) its affiliated companies and their directors, trustees, officers, and employees and (ii) subcontractors selected by Manager, provided that Manager shall supervise and remain fully responsible for the services of all such third parties in accordance with and to the extent provided by this Agreement. All costs and expenses associated with services provided by any such third parties shall be borne by Manager or such parties.

  • Passwords and Employee Access Provider shall secure usernames, passwords, and any other means of gaining access to the Services or to Student Data, at a level suggested by Article 4.3 of NIST 800-63-3. Provider shall only provide access to Student Data to employees or contractors that are performing the Services. Employees with access to Student Data shall have signed confidentiality agreements regarding said Student Data. All employees with access to Student Records shall pass criminal background checks.

  • Access to Personal Information by Subcontractors Supplier agrees to require any subcontractors or agents to which it discloses Personal Information under this Agreement or under any SOW to provide reasonable assurance, evidenced by written contract, that they will comply with the same or substantially similar confidentiality, privacy and security obligations with respect to such Personal Information as apply to Supplier under this Agreement or any SOW. Supplier shall confirm in writing to DXC that such contract is in place as a condition to DXC’s approval of use of a subcontractor in connection with any SOW. Upon request of DXC, Supplier will provide to DXC a copy of the subcontract or an extract of the relevant clauses. Supplier shall ensure that any failure on the part of any subcontractor or agent to comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or any SOW shall be grounds to promptly terminate such subcontractor or agent. If during the term of this Agreement or any SOW, DXC determines, in its exclusive discretion, that any Supplier subcontractor or agent cannot comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or with any SOW, then DXC may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part (with respect to any SOW for which such subcontractor or agent is providing services), if not cured by Supplier within the time prescribed in the notice of such deficiency.

  • Corporate Information Promptly upon, and in any event within five (5) Business Days after, becoming aware of any additional corporate or limited liability company information or division information of the type delivered pursuant to Section 6.01(f), or of any change to such information delivered on or prior to the Closing Date or pursuant to this Section 8.01 or otherwise under the Credit Documents, a certificate, certified to the extent of any change from a prior certification, from the secretary, assistant secretary, managing member or general partner of such Credit Party notifying the Administrative Agent of such information or change and attaching thereto any relevant documentation in connection therewith.

  • Access to Employees Staff representatives of the Union shall be allowed to visit work areas of employees during working hours and confer on conditions of employment to the extent that such visitations do not disrupt the work activities of the area being visited. Prior to entering the work area, the representative shall receive permission from the appropriate department head or his/her designee stating the reason(s) for such visitations.   • Employees and Subcontractors It is understood that, from time to time, it may become necessary for the Contractor to replace an individual working as an employee or subcontractor of the Contractor. All such removals or replacements shall be subject to Owner’s prior approval. Owner reserves the right to approve a replacement, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, or terminate the Work, either partially or in its entirety without further obligation to the Contractor thereunder other than to remit payment for the Work rendered up to the termination date. Contractor agrees that Owner may, at any time, with cause, require Contractor to remove an individual from the performance of the Work. An election by Owner of any of its rights under this Section 19 shall not affect the Contractor’s responsibilities, liabilities or warranties under this Agreement.
