Your Accommodation. 1.1. Commitment to provide accommodation: Provided you pay the residence fees set out below (“Fees”) and comply with the terms of this Agreement, the University will provide you accommodation in one of the University’s residences, including but not limited to DeCew, Vallee, Earp, Lowenberger, Residence 8, Village, and Quarry View (“Residences”), subject to the University’s reserved rights set out in section 1.3 below.

Your Accommodation. 1.1 The pictures shown in promotional materials and the accommodation you may have visited during University open days or visits are generally representative of the type of University accommodation on offer but there may be variations to these. The nature of the Accommodation is as described in the Offer of Accommodation.

Your Accommodation. You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 hours on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 10:00 hours on the Departure Date. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact the person whose details are given on our booking confirmation so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you do not advise the contact of your anticipated late arrival we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.
Your Accommodation. You can arrive at your accommodation after the Check in time on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by the Check out time on the Departure Date unless arranged otherwise with our Manager. If have not arranged a late check out with the Manager and are late leaving, a late fee may be charged and taken out of your Security Deposit according to the timing of your departure. This fee charged is at the discretion of the Manager and is done to ensure the property is ready and available for the next arriving guest. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us via our Guest App, to ensure that alternative arrangements can be made directly. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you do not advise the Manager of your anticipated late arrival we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you. You also agree to provide a copy of your credit card and passport or driver’s license details Via our Guest App during the online pre-check-in process.
Your Accommodation. Any accommodation we arrange for you must only be used by those people named on your Confirmation Invoice (or on latest Amendment Invoice issued). You are not allowed to share the accommodation or let anyone else stay there. You are responsible for the cost of any damage caused to your accommodation or its contents during your stay. These charges must be met by you and may have to be paid locally before you leave resort.

Your Accommodation. The Accommodation is offered for the sole purpose of holiday lettings and/or must never be occupied as Your principal home. No stag or hen bookings are allowed. The Accommodation is suitable for holiday makers only, the Accommodation is suitable for families, couples and friends only. You agree and accept that You are not offered any rights to the Accommodation other than the right to occupy the Accommodation as holiday accommodation for the period of Your booking. No booking of any kind is an ‘Assured Shorthold Tenancy’ or protected under the Protection from Eviction Act 1977. You may not offer for resale any booking services without our express permission. Making your booking You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the booking. By making the booking, you confirm that You are authorised to make the booking. It is Your responsibility as the party leader to ensure that the other party members are aware of and agree to comply with all applicable terms within the Contract. You are responsible for making all payments to Us. You must ensure that all the information You provide Us in connection with Your booking is true, accurate, current and complete. If You or any member of Your party has any medical problems or disabilities that may affect Your booking, please tell Us in writing before You confirm Your booking. If we are not able to make adjustments to meet the persons particular needs we will refuse or cancel the reservation. If You have any special requests You must let us know when making Your booking form. Although we will try to accommodate Your request we cannot guarantee that they can be meet and if we fail to meet any special requests this will not mean that we have broken the contract.
