Common use of Keys, House Rules Clause in Contracts

Keys, House Rules. Owner shall furnish Agent with three (3) complete sets of keys to the premises. Two (2) sets of keys are to be issued to tenant and one (1) set is to be retained by Agent. Owner shall also furnish two (2) copies of house rules with one (1) set being issued to the tenant and the other being retained by Agent. The owner shall provide a copy of all service contracts in effect for the property.
