Duties of Owner. Owner shall cooperate with Manager in the performance of Manager's duties under this Agreement and to that end, upon the request of Manager, shall provide, at such rental charges, if any, as are deemed appropriate, reasonable office space for Manager employees on the premises of the Property (to the extent available). Owner shall not unreasonably withhold or delay any consent or authorization to Manager required or appropriate under this Agreement. Owner shall provide Manager with copies of all Loan Documents and any amendments thereto.

Duties of Owner. Owner hereby agrees to cooperate with U-Haul in the performance of U-Haul's duties under this Agreement and to that end, upon the request of U-Haul, to provide, at such rental charges, if any, as are deemed appropriate, reasonable office space for U-Haul employees on the premises of the Property and to give U-Haul access to all files, books and records of Owner relevant to the Property. Owner shall not unreasonably withhold or delay any consent or authorization to U-Haul required or appropriate under this Agreement.
Duties of Owner. Owner’s duties and obligations shall include the following: (a) In the event any governmental agency, authority or department should order the repair, alteration or removal of any structure or matter on any Property, and if, after written notice of the same to Owner from such body, Owner fails to authorize Manager or others to make such repairs, alterations or removal, Manager shall be released from any responsibility in connection therewith, and shall not be answerable to such body for any and all penalties and fines whatsoever imposed because of such failure on Owner’s part. (b) Owner agrees to fund the Central Account as required under this Agreement and reimburse Manager to the full extent of all monies advanced by Manager with Owner’s approval or at Owner’s direction in carrying out the purpose of this Agreement; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall oblige Manager to make such advances.

Throughout the term hereof, Owner shall not permit the Property to be operated under any name other than "U-Haul" REGISTERED.
Duties of Owner. The Owner must – 5.1 perform all duties specified as being duties of the Owner; 5.2 unless the Dwelling is already located on the Site, ensure that the Site is vacant so that the Dwelling can be installed at the cost of the Principal Occupant on the Commencement Date; 5.3 allow the Occupants non-exclusive use of the Site without unreasonable interruption by the Owner; 5.4 subject to Clause 6.4, allow the Permitted Occupants to occupy the Dwelling and use the facilities of the Caravan Park for the Permitted Nights. 5.5 keep common areas, gardens, roadways, paths and recreation areas in the Caravan Park clean and in a safe condition; 5.6 maintain, repair and keep clean and tidy all communal bathrooms, toilets, laundries and other communal facilities in the Caravan Park;
Duties of Owner. (a) Minimum Balance: OWNER will deposit with AGENT the sum of $500.00 into the OWNER’S reserve account, which AGENT may apply to expenses. If the balance in the OWNER’S reserve account should be less than that sum, then upon AGENT’S request, OWNER shall deposit sufficient funds to maintain the $500.00 balance or AGENT may replenish the deposit from OWNER’S rental proceeds.
Duties of Owner. Owner accepts and agrees to perform, the following duties: A. Remit any excess of disbursements and charges over receipts to Manager within ten days of oral or written notice advising Owner of the amount of the deficiency. B. Take notice of the condition of the Property and, subject to the availability of funds, establish goals to upgrade and maintain the Property. C. Assume the obligation of any contract entered into legally and for the benefit of the Owner pursuant to this agreement at the termination of this agreement. For example, if Manager has entered into an agreement for repairs of the property, Owner shall be responsible for the payment of the agreement even if this agreement has been terminated by either party. D. To pay all expenses incurred by the Manager, including without limitation, attorneys’ fees for counsel employed to represent the Manager, the Owner or both of them in any proceeding, controversy or suit involving the property, the ownership or operation thereof. Nothing herein contacting shall require the Manager to employ counsel to represent the Owner in any such proceeding or suit. In this regard, Owner agrees to indemnify, defend and save the Manager harmless from all claims, investigations and suits with respect to any alleged or actual violations of State, Federal, City or County labor laws, it being expressly agreed and understood that as between the Owner and the Manager, all persons employed in connection with the Property are employees of the Manager. The Owner’s obligations under this paragraph shall include payment of all settlements, judgments, demands, liquidated damages, penalties, forfeitures, back pay awards, court costs, litigation expenses and attorneys’ fees. However, protection is not afforded by applicable insurance coverage where the claim is based upon the willful negligence of the Manager or its employees.

Duties of Owner. OWNER shall act in good faith and do all things reasonably requested by MANAGER to aid and assist MANAGER in the performance of its duties under this Agreement including, without limitation, to provide: (a) an accurate and complete copy of any and all contracts and other obligatory instruments of OWNER necessary for MANAGER to perform its duties under this Agreement; (b) a comprehensive written semi-annual review and evaluation of MANAGER's performance hereunder, within thirty (30) days after the end of the second and fourth fiscal quarters of each year; and (c) such executive office space, furniture, telephone, computer, printer and other office equipment, including high speed internet services, for the General Manager as may be reasonably agreed to by MANAGER and OWNER.
Duties of Owner. (A) Owner certifies that unless provided otherwise herein that all appliances are in good working order and repair. Owner certifies that Property is in good and habitable condition and Owner will at all times be responsible for the maintenance of the property in accordance with all applicable laws/ordinances/and/or regulations of homeowner associations, government authorities and local ordinances. (B) Minimum Balance in Owners Account. Owner shall deposit with Broker the sum of $500, which Broker may apply for expenses incurred on account of Owner or for Broker’s fees earned hereinafter. If the balance in Owners account should be less than that upon receipt of monthly statement, Owner shall, within ten (10) days thereafter, deposit with Broker sufficient funds to increase the balance in Owners account to that sum.
