Kilometers. On out of town work located beyond two hundred twentyfive (225) kilometers of the Winnipeg Perimeter Highway, the Employer shall reimburse the employee a minimum subsistence allowance as follows: May 1, 2015 $155.30 per day, seven (7) days per week NOTE 1: On a compressed work week, should an employee not be able to return home due to inclement weather which results in the highway closure, the Employer will provide the appropriate additional subsistence allowance on a Zone applicable basis. NOTE 2: Should a ten (10) on four (4) off work schedule be considered, a prejob meeting must take place between the parties to discuss and resolve the work schedule including overtime implications.
