Common use of Kings’ Excuses from Performance Clause in Contracts

Kings’ Excuses from Performance. The Kings shall be excused from the performance of any our obligations under this Agreement so long as we are prevented by any Act of God, weather conditions, war or other national emergency, act of terrorism, any civil disturbance, Labor Disruption, unavailability of materials or transportation facilities, the orders or directives of any court or government agency, or any other circumstance beyond our control.
