The general release contained in Section 1 of this Release waives any claims, known or unknown, that Executive has or may have had against the Company Released Parties for any alleged age discrimination under federal law. In accordance with the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended by the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act of 1990, Executive is specifically advised that Executive has the following rights in connection with whether Executive knowingly and voluntarily agrees to waive any alleged federal age discrimination claim and be bound by this Release:
