Survival of Terms Following Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, the following provisions of this Agreement shall survive:
Survival of Terms Following Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, the following provisions of this Agreement shall survive:
a. Depositor's Representations (Section 1.5);
b. The obligations of confidentiality with respect to the Deposit Materials;
c. The rights granted in the sections entitled Right to Transfer Upon Release (Section 3.3) and Right to Use Following Release (Section 4.5), if a release of the Deposit Materials has occurred prior to termination;
d. The obligation to pay DSI any fees and expenses due;
e. The provisions of Article 7; and
f. Any provisions in this Agreement which specifically state they survive the termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Terms Following Termination. Upon any termination or expiration of this Escrow Agreement, the following provisions of this Escrow Agreement shall survive:
(1) this Section 6(f);
(2) Depositor’s warranties, representations, or covenants hereunder;
(3) the obligations of confidentiality with respect to the Deposit Materials;
(4) the rights and licenses granted hereunder if a Release Condition has occurred or if Depositor and Registrant have jointly instructed Escrow Agent to release the Deposit Materials;
(5) the obligation to pay Escrow Agent any undisputed fees and expenses due;
(6) the provisions of Section 8 and Section 9 below; and
(7) any provisions in this Escrow Agreement which specifically state they survive the termination or expiration of this Escrow Agreement.

a. The obligations of confidentiality with respect to the Deposit Materials.
b. The obligation to pay DSI any fees and expenses due.

c. The rights granted in the sections entitled Right to Transfer Upon Release (Section 3.3) and Right to Use Following Release (Section 4.5), if a release of the Deposit Materials has been made using the procedure described in Article 4 prior to termination;
d. The obligation to pay Escrow Agent any fees and expenses due; and
e. The provisions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2.

Survival of Terms Following Termination. Upon termination of an escrow arrangement under this Agreement, the following provisions of this Agreement shall survive with respect to the Escrow Document Package:
