Knowing and Voluntary Release. Employee expressly acknowledges and agrees that Employee's waiver of rights under this Agreement and Release is knowing and voluntary; that Employee is signing this Agreement and Release of Employee's own free will and not because of any threats or duress; Employee acknowledges Employee received a copy of this Agreement and Release on November 30, 2018; Employee is hereby given a period of at least 21 days to review and consider this Agreement and Release before signing and returning it; and that Employee has read and understands the terms of this Agreement and Release and has voluntarily accepted these terms for the purpose of making a full and final compromise, settlement and adjustment of any and all claims, disputed or otherwise, on account of the termination of Employee's relationship with Company and for the express purpose of precluding forever any further claims arising out of such relationship or its termination as set forth above.
