Grantee acknowledges that effective September 1, 2007, the City is required to comply with Chapter 2264 of the Texas Government Code, enacted by House Xxxx 1196 (80th Texas Legislature), which relates to restrictions on the use of certain public subsidies. Grantee hereby certifies that Grantee, and any branches, divisions, or departments of Grantee, does not and will not knowingly employ an undocumented worker, as that term is defined by Section 2264.001(4)
