In delivering the Services the Contractor acknowledges that it is under an obligation to meet the following performance targets/service levels and furthermore that failure to meet all or any of the defined such targets/service levels, shall entitle the Authority to serve notice to terminate on the Contractor [and/or seek compensation (Service Credits) as defined in this Appendix].
