L/C Issuer Reporting Requirements. Each L/C Issuer shall, no later than the last Business Day of each month, provide to the Administrative Agent a schedule of the Letters of Credit issued by it outstanding at any time during such month, such schedule to be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, showing the date of issuance of each such Letter of Credit, the account party, the original face amount, the current face amount (if any), the expiration date, and the reference number.
