Lab Equipment. The cost of Equipment purchased, in whole or in part, with funds paid pursuant to this 33 Agreement shall be depreciated according to generally accepted accounting principles.
Lab Equipment. Vendor shall provide lab Equipment to BTE in accordance with the terms of Exhibit 5.6. [**].

The lab equipment provided by Seller to TWC, currently located in [**], shall remain on loan with TWC solely for lab use and testing purposes, [**], until such time as TWC, in its sole discretion, chooses to terminate each such arrangement. Should JNCAAM purchase Juniper Lab Equipment, JNCAAM may only use such Lab Equipment for the purpose of providing instruction to students and teaching students pursuant to terms of this Agreement and not for any other purpose whatsoever. JNCAAM’s failure to comply with this Section 5.2 shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement and the end user license agreement that accompanies such Lab Equipment, and shall be grounds for immediate termination for cause of this Agreement and the accompanying software license.
Lab Equipment a. Palo Alto Networks offers the VM-Series lab bundle (virtual machine) at no cost to the AAC. This is subject to change.

Lab Equipment. In addition to the Services, Subtenant shall pay to Sublandlord a fee (“Lab Equipment Fee”) for access to the equipment set forth on Exhibit D on an exclusive or a non-exclusive basis (“Lab Equipment”) as specified in Exhibit D. The Lab Equipment Fee shall be provided to Subtenant on or before the Commencement Date. Sublandlord shall have the right in good faith, to update the Lab Equipment Fee throughout the Term and Subtenant shall commence paying the updated Lab Equipment Fees as of the first day of the month following Subtenant’s receipt of such revised amount. Except as provided herein, the Lab Equipment Fee shall be as set forth and subject to the terms and conditions of Exhibit D attached hereto. Monthly installment of the estimated Lab Equipment Fee shall be paid at the same times and in the same manner as Base Rent except as otherwise expressly stated herein.
Lab Equipment. CONTRACTOR shall obtain ADMINISTRATOR’s prior written approval to purchase any 32 Equipment with funds paid pursuant to this Agreement. Upon delivery of Equipment, CONTRACTOR 33 shall forward to ADMINISTRATOR, copies of the purchase order, receipt, and other supporting 34 documentation, which includes delivery date, unit price, tax, shipping and serial numbers. 35 CONTRACTOR shall request an applicable asset tag for said Equipment and shall include each 36 purchased asset in an Equipment inventory.
Lab Equipment a. A maximum of (8) 8’ assumed in project, refurbished units in good working and cosmetic condition to be utilized if available
Lab Equipment. Xxxx, on behalf of himself and First Choice, shall surrender all rights and claims to and turn over and relinquish the possession of the Lab Equipment and identified in Exhibit B on or before the Effective Date of this Agreement. Hurt shall execute any contract, deed, bill of sale or other document necessary to effectuate the sale of the Lab Equipment. Hurt shall surrender the Lab Equipment in good condition and unencumbered by any lien, claim, or right of any person or entity. Any mortgages, and any taxes or fees due to any governmental entity, with respect to the Lab Equipment, shall be current and in good standing as of the Effective Date. The United States, the Trustee, or their agent(s) shall have full access to the Lab Equipment and the United States may, at its sole discretion, relocate any of the Lab Equipment to another location. Hurt shall take all actions and execute all documents requested by the United States, the Trustee, or their agent(s) to effectuate the sale of the Lab Equipment.
