Labor and Union Issues. Caterpillar and Navistar shall work to minimize the influence of third parties in the Company work force. Neither Caterpillar nor Navistar shall agree to any union agreement provisions that limit the ability of either Member or the Company to operate independently. Caterpillar and Navistar shall work together to coordinate all communication with unions that are related to the formation of the Company.
