Standard Charges. Attached hereto as Schedule 1 are the standard commissions, charges, fees and expenses of our banks (including our standard processing charge per item) as of the date hereof, which Schedule may be amended from time to time upon written notice to you.
Standard Charges. 6.1. The following standard charges will apply:
6.1.1. Provision of a driver pack, no cost applicable;
6.1.2. Administration fee for the management of an infringement will not exceed £20;
6.1.3. Administration fee for payment of the congestion charge will not exceed £20;

Standard Charges. The standard charges for the Odoo Enterprise subscription, the Bug Fixing Service, Security Advisories Service and the Upgrade Service are based on the number of Users, the number of installed Apps, the Software version used by the Customer, and speci1ed in writing at the signa- ture of the Agreement. When during the Term, the Customer has more Users or more installed Apps than speci1ed at the time of signature of this Agreement, the Customer agrees to pay an extra fee equivalent to the applicable list price (at the beginning of the Term) for the additional Users or Apps, for the remainder of the Term. If at the time of the signature of this Agreement, the Customer uses a Covered Version that is not the most recent one, the standard charges may be increased by 50% for the duration of the 1rst Term, at the sole discretion of Odoo SA, to cover the extra maintenance costs.
Standard Charges. The standard charges for the ReoSuite Cloud subscription and the Services are based on the number of Users and the installed Apps used by the Customer, and specified in writing at the conclusion of the Agreement. When during the Term, the Customer has more Users or more installed Apps than specified at the time of conclusion of this Agreement, the Customer agrees to pay an extra fee equivalent to the applicable list price (at the beginning of the Term) for the additional Users or Apps, for the remainder of the Term.
Standard Charges. Scottish Settlements shall be entitled to charge for standard services in accordance with a schedule of standard charges agreed between Scottish Settlements and the Director from time to time after consultation with the FAP (the "Standard Charges") and published by Scottish Settlements.
Standard Charges. 10.1 The User will pay the following standard charges in relation to Services:
Standard Charges. Subject to Section 11.9 hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Lender for the sole account of the Issuing Bank issuing a Letter of Credit the standard charges assessed by such Issuing Bank in connection with the administration (including any drawings) and amendment of Letters of Credit.
Standard Charges. The Hirer shall pay the total rent for the hire period to Ace Rent A Car and for the purpose of this Agreement the total rent shall be the aggregate of:
(i) Either the charge for the use of the Vehicle (whether a time and kilometre rate charge, a flat rate charge, or any other rate of charge) calculated by Ace Rent A Car in accordance with the relevant writings and figures set forth on the Rental Contract or our website under Rates & Charges then current at the commencement of the hire period and being the rate accepted by the Hirer as the appropriate rate payable by the Hirer; (ii) charges for petrol to top up to the level at the commencement of the hire period and an administrative fee where Ace Rent A Car tops up fuel to pre hire levels in the event that the Hirer does not (as at 1 July 2021 this fee is $25 inclusive of GST however the particular fee is subject to amendment to the fee as noted in the Ace Rent A Car Booking Confirmation and Rental Contract); (iii) excess kilometre charges where maximum kilometres are specified in the Rental Contract and in the absence of specification the first 100km per 24/hour period is included in the base hire charge; (iv) one way rental fees where Ace Rent A Car agrees the Vehicle does not have to be returned to the point of collection/pick up (however it must be returned to another Ace Rent A Car depot or location specified by Ace Rent A Car); (v) credit card fees; (vi) all stamp duties, GST and other taxes payable in respect of the hire period; (vii) personal accident insurance, repositioning, an Ace Rent A Car limitation of liability program or Risk Management Program (viii) quarantine or sanitisation costs including where the Vehicle is to or from a special location such as Xxxxxx Island or areas affected by dieback; and,
(ix) any other charges specified as part of the Rental Contract or the Rates & Charges section of the Ace Rent A Car website at the commencement of hire.
Standard Charges. The standard charges for ARMS IT e ROMS subscription and the Services are based on the number of Invoices and/or the number of Users. The pricing details are mentioned in the pricing page on: xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxx.xxx. When during the Term, the Customer has more Invoices and/or Users than specified at the time of conclusion of this Agreement, the Customer agrees to pay an extra fee equivalent to the applicable list price. When the Customer requests an extra services or extra developments not provided or mentioned at the beginning of the agreement, then ARMS IT may charge an extra fee according to the new services.
Standard Charges. In the absence of agreed rates our standard rate of $200 per hour, billed in quarter- hour increments will apply.
