Labor Disputes. Seller shall provide at least four months' written notice to Buyer prior to the scheduled expiration of any current labor contract. If requested by the Buyer, Seller shall establish, at Seller's expense, a 30-day inventory of finished goods, at a site mutually agreed upon with Buyer, before the expiration of any such labor contract. Seller shall notify Buyer immediately of any actual or potential labor dispute delaying or threatening to delay the timely performance of any open purchase order.
