Common use of Labor Matters and Acts of God Clause in Contracts

Labor Matters and Acts of God. (a) There are no strikes, stoppages, slowdowns or other labor disputes pending against any of the Loan Parties or, to the knowledge of the Borrower, pending against any Major Project Participant or threatened against any Loan Party or, to the knowledge of the Borrower, any Major Project Participant that (individually or in the aggregate) could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. Hours worked by and payment made to employees of the Loan Parties are not in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act or any other applicable Requirement of Law dealing with such matters that (individually or in the aggregate) could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
