Labor Relations Committee. There shall be a Labor Relations Committee comprised of three (3) members designated by the Union President and three (3) members designated by the Fire Rescue Administrator to serve on this committee. The committee shall meet upon request of either party quarterly unless mutually agreed to by both parties. The purpose of the meetings shall be to improve communications and discuss problems and objectives of mutual concern.
