Labor Remuneration. The annual salary of Party B is RMB120,000 per year (monthly salary of RMB 10, 000 per month) and shall be paid every month. The annual salary of Party B includes the basic salary, the house benefits and transportation benefits, the overtime work compensation, laid off economic compensation, non-competition compensation, social security benefits and other benefits and bonus etc. Party B dully understands the salary system of Party B and accepts such salary payment. The parties can stipulate the other salary standard through negotiation and put such agreement in writing. Party A shall fully pay the salary to Party B monthly by wire transfer and shall not delay or hold it without reason.

The annual salary of Party B includes the basic salary, the house benefits and transportation benefits, the overtime work compensation, laid off economic compensation, non competition compensation, social security benefits and other benefits and bonus etc. Party B dully understands the salary system of Party B and accepts such salary payment. The parties can stipulate the other salary standard through negotiation and put such agreement in writing. Party A shall fully pay the salary to Party B monthly in cash and shall not delay or hold it without reason.
Labor Remuneration. Article 9 Party A shall pay Party B salary of last month in the form of currency prior to the 15th day of each month. Party B’s basic salary after the expiration of probationary period is RMB 0.00. Party B’s other treatment is subject to Party A’s wage distribution standard and regulations on the management of performance appraisal of the post. Party B’s salary in the probationary period: 80% of the salary paid after becoming a formal employee. Other provisions:
Article 10 If Party A has no sufficient working assignments, so that Party B has to wait for assignments, Party A shall pay Party B monthly living expenses which are no lower than the minimum wage standard of Beijing.
Article 11 Party A shall place and pay relevant social insurance for the employee that becomes a formal employee through preliminary appraisal as per relevant national regulations.
Article 12 Party A shall deal with work injury of its employees by referring to relevant national regulations.
Labor Remuneration. Article 11 Party A shall, according to its production and operation characteristics and economic benefits, determine the wage distribution system in accordance with the law. Party B’s wage shall be determined according to such wage distribution system and Party B’s labor skills, labor intensity, working conditions, contributions, etc., and in accordance with the principle of “equal pay for equal work”.
Article 12 Party A should pay wages to Party B in currency at least once a month, and shall not embezzle Party B’s pay or delay the payment without any reason. If the pay day falls on a holiday or weekend, Party A shall make the payment in advance on a working day that is closest to the pay day. Party A shall keep a written record of Party B’s pay day, amount of pay, number of working days, signature, etc., and provide Party B with payroll data. If Party B has provided normal labor services within legal working hours or the working hours specified herein, Party A shall pay to Party B the wage no lower than local minimum wage.
(1) The pay day of Party A is the 10th day of each month.
(2) Party B’s wage during the probation period is RMB 1,000/month.
(3) Through friendly negotiation between both parties, Party B's wage shall be determined according to Subparagraph A below:
A. Party B's wage shall be determined according to the internal wage distribution system specified in the rules and regulations stipulated by Party A according to law, and is determined to be RMB 1,200 per month according to Party B’s position.
B. Party A adopts the wage distribution measures of base pay plus performance pay: The base pay is RMB per month, and shall be adjusted in the future according to the internal wage distribution measures. Party B’s performance pay shall be determined based on Party B’s work performance, fruits of labor and practical contributions, and according to the internal wage distribution measures.
C. Party A adopts piecework wage system, and requires that Party B’s production quota shall be the quota accomplished by over 80% of workers taking up the same position with Party A within the legal working hours. Party B shall guarantee accomplishment of Party A’s quota within the legal working hours, while Party A shall pay the wage to Party B according to the agreed quota, piecework unit price, and performance of Party B.
Labor Remuneration. 1. The Parties shall implement the salary system agreed upon by both Parties and agree that Party B’s salary shall be RMB10,000 per month.
2. Party A shall pay the labor remuneration to Party B on a monthly basis in the form of currency, and Party B’s individual income tax shall be borne by itself, with Party A withholding the tax on behalf.
Labor Remuneration. Article 9 Party A shall pay salary to Party B prior to 10th every month, the salary is17,000 RMB.
Article 10 Party A may adjust the salary level of Party B according to the operation condition, internal rules system, appraisal result, work tenure, punishment and rewards records and change of the post of Party B etc. but it shall not be lower than the salary standards stipulated by the country.
Labor Remuneration. Article 11 Party B’s wage standard is determined using the following method 1. This wage standard is only the wage standard upon signing of contract for the first time. In case of subsequent adjustment if any, notice of adjustment of remuneration shall be followed. Party A promises that Party B’s wage will not be lower than the local minimum wage standard.
1. Party B implements a monthly salary system combining basic wage and merit pay. Party B’s wage standard is RMB 30,000 Yuan/month before tax, including basic wage of RMB 12,000 Yuan and merit pay of RMB 18,000 Yuan as well as non-competition compensation of RMB ____/____ Yuan. If probation period is agreed herein, Party B’s basic wage during the probation period is RMB ____/____ Yuan/month before tax, including basic wage of RMB ____/____ Yuan and merit pay of RMB ____/____ Yuan.
2. Party A and Party B sign a supplementary remuneration agreement to agree on Party B’s wage and welfare separately.
Article 12 Party A shall pay Party B’s wage of previous month in monetary form before 11th day of each month (postponed to the 1st working day after the holiday if any). The wage paid by Party A to Party B is pre-tax income, and the individual income tax shall be borne by Party B. Party B entrusts Party A to withhold and remit her individual income tax. The performance assessment measures involving the verification and approval of merit pay income shall be formulated, issued and executed by Party A in accordance with the relevant documents of King Eagle (China), and will be taken as an appendix to this Contract with same legal effect.
Article 13 During the performance period of this Contract, Party A may agree to adjust Party B’s remuneration through negotiation in accordance with Party A’s operation conditions and Party B’s work performance and pursuant to Party A’s remuneration system.
Labor Remuneration. The salary of Party A shall be paid in the principle of distribution according to work. Party A shall be entitled to autonomously determine the salary distribution mode and salary level of the company according to the economic effectiveness of the company.
Labor Remuneration. The annual salary of Party B is RMB216,000 per year which shall be paid at the fifteenth day of every month. The annual salary of Party B includes the basic salary, the house benefits and transportation benefits, the overtime work compensation, laid off economic compensation, non competition compensation, social security benefits and other benefits and bonus etc. Party B dully understands the salary system of Party B and accepts such salary payment. The parties can stipulate the other salary standard through negotiation and put such agreement in writing. Party A shall fully pay the salary to Party B monthly in cash and shall not delay or hold it without reason.
Labor Remuneration. 4.1 Party B shall be entitled to labor remuneration based on his/her job duties and position and according to the salary distribution method formulated and implemented by Party A; his/her monthly salary shall be RMB[_______________]; Party A shall pay to Party B any salary remaining after deduction of an individual income tax no later than [_______________] of next month.
4.2 Party A may offer other incentives to Party B according to its operation situation and the result of his performance appraisal.
