Laboratory Capabilities. 2.11.1 Laboratories must demonstrate compliance with the DoD Quality Systems Manual (DoD QSM) (latest version) through accreditation by the DoD Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (DoD ELAP) for all project-required parameters.
