Laboratory/Clinical Instructors. Whenever there is an additional assignment made to the agreed upon workload, overload stipends shall be provided on a per lab or clinical course basis in accordance with Appendix A. Laboratory or Clinical Instructors shall not be required to accept an assignment that exceeds the agreed upon workload, nor shall the Laboratory or Clinical Instructor receive adverse performance reviews or be disciplined for declining such an assignment.
