Labour and Associated Costs. (i) Gross salaries and wages including bonuses of the Contractor’s employees directly and necessarily engaged in the Petroleum Operations, irrespective of the location of such employees, it being understood that in case of those personnel only a portion of whose time is wholly dedicated to Petroleum Operations, only that pro- rata portion of applicable wages and salaries will be charged.
