Labour Laws. The Developer shall comply with all the latest applicable provisions of Applicable Laws (such as Minimum Wages Act, 1948. The Payment of Wages Act 1936, Apprentices Act, 1961, The Contract Labour (regulations and abolition) Act, 1970, The EPF Act, 1952. Mines Act, Workmen compensation Act, 1923 Child labour Act, 1986, as amended from time to time.) in respect of all the employees employed by it and relation to the Project. The Developer shall pay any cess as applicable as per Bhawan Aur Anya Sannirman ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Adhiniyam, 1996 and Rules made thereunder.
