Staff andLabour Clause Samples

The 'Staff and Labour' clause defines the obligations and standards related to the personnel employed by a party under a contract. It typically requires the contractor to provide a sufficient number of qualified staff, ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, and maintain proper conduct and discipline among workers. For example, it may specify that all workers must have appropriate certifications or that the contractor is responsible for their wages and welfare. This clause ensures that the workforce is competent and managed appropriately, thereby minimizing risks related to labor disputes, project delays, or non-compliance with legal requirements.
