LABOUR MANAGEMENT LIAISON. 9.01 It is agreed that representatives of both the Employer and the Association will meet as the need arises, but in any event no greater than once per month unless mutually agreed otherwise, to discuss the following general matters: (a) promoting safety and sanitary practices; (b) reviewing suggestions from employees, questions of working conditions and service; (c) other problems and matters of mutual interest which affect the relationship which are not properly the subject matter of a grievance or negotiations. 9.02 These meetings shall not supersede the activities of any other Committee of the Association or of the Employer and shall not bind either the Association or its members or the Employer to any decisions or conclusions reached during discussions.
