Labour Market Adjustment. Insofar as it is recognized by both parties to this Agreement that there is need to ensure that the Employer is able to recruit and retain fully qualified support staff in a competitive labour market, and that there is a demonstrated need to adjust the compensation of some job classifications for that purpose, it is herein agreed that:
