Common use of Labour Matters and Employment Standards Clause in Contracts

Labour Matters and Employment Standards. (a) The Company is not subject to any agreement with any labour union or employee association and has not made any commitment to or conducted negotiations with any labour union or employee association with respect to any future agreement and, to the best of the knowledge of the Vendors and the Company, during the period of five years preceding the date of this agreement there has been no attempt to organize, certify or establish any labour union or employee association in relation to any of the employees of the Company.
