Common use of Labourers' Tri-fund Clause in Contracts

Labourers' Tri-fund. Each Employer subject hereto shall contribute the amount established in the wage schedule for each and every hour worked by an Employee covered by this Agreement. Contributions to the said Funds shall be forwarded to: Tri-Fund, 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xx. X, Xxxxxxxx, XX X0X 0X0, no later than the 15th day of the month following.
