Common use of Laid-off employee’s registration Clause in Contracts

Laid-off employee’s registration. A laid-off employee must register his name and telephone number, in writing, at time of lay-off, with the Human Resources Office. He must also advise, in writing, the Human Resources Office of any change of address. A copy of this shall be provided to the Local Chairperson by the employee.
