Common use of Land Agreement Clause in Contracts

Land Agreement. “Land Agreement” shall mean that certain Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Land dated as of March 12, 2001, between HILP and WSI, as amended by mutual agreement of HILP and WSI from time to time.

Land Agreement. “Land Agreement” shall mean mean, as to the initial land to be developed by the Company, that certain Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Land dated as of March 12April 4, 20012003, between HILP and WSI, as amended by mutual agreement of HILP and WSI from time to time. If the Company elects to develop additional land, the term “Land Agreement” shall in turn refer to such subsequent Agreement(s) for Sale and Purchase of Land as may be in effect for development of such additional land.
