Land (Easement). At the time that the Director approves the reimbursement for a Project Facility to be acquired from the Company, and as a precondition to the payment of any portion of the Purchase Price for a Project Facility, the Company shall cause to be made, or shall have previously made, an irrevocable offer of dedication to the County of the appropriate right, title and interest in and to the portion of the land owned by the Company related to such Project Facility to be acquired hereunder, including any temporary construction or access easements.
