Land Registry. 5.1. The Grantor consents to notice of the Rights and of any restrictive covenants made in this Deed by the Grantor being noted against the Grantor's registered title to the Grantor's Property.
5.2. On completion of this Deed, the parties shall apply to the Land Registry to note the Rights and any restrictive covenants against the Grantor’s registered title.
5.3. As soon as possible after completion of this Deed, the party completing registration shall give to the other party official copies of the registered title to the Grantor's Property to show that the Rights and any restrictive covenants made by the Grantor have been properly and correctly entered against the respective title.
Land Registry. If the consent of the landlord in whom the reversion of a lease is vested is required for a English Security Provider to execute a legal mortgage over it, that English Security Provider will not be required to perform that obligation unless and until it has obtained the landlord’s consent. That English Security Provider must use its reasonable endeavours to obtain the landlord’s consent.
Land Registry. No plan of subdivision of the Subject Land or any part of it or instrument of transfer of the Subject Land or any part of it or mortgage or caveat or charge or priority notice relating to it or plan of consolidation affecting the Subject Land may be lodged at the Land Registry for registration, recording or approval until this Agreement has been lodged by or on behalf of the Council and recorded on the certificate of title to the Subject Land.
Land Registry. Wherever any application shall be made to note this Debenture in the charges register relating to the title to any registered land of the Chargor which shall be the subject of any of the charges constituted by this Debenture the parties hereto apply and agree to apply to H.M. Land Registry for the following entry to be made on the register of the Chargor’s title relating to any such registered land: “No disposition or other dealing by the proprietor of the land is to be registered or noted on the register without the consent of the proprietor for the time being of the charge referred to in entry no. [?] of the Charges Register”.
Land Registry in respect of any freehold or leasehold property which is now owned or hereafter acquired by the Chargor the title to which is registered at H.M. Land Registry or the title to which is required to be so registered, give H.M. Land Registry written notice of this Debenture in accordance with Clause 19 and procure that notice of this Debenture is duly noted in the register to each such title;
Land Registry. Bookham shall not without Nortel 's written consent register under the Land Registration Act 2002 any other person than itself as proprietor of the Property and Bookham shall apply to the Chief Land Registrar for the entry of the following restriction on the register of each of the Property as follows: "No disposition of the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate is to be registered without a written consent signed by the proprietor for the time being of the charge dated the day of 2004 in favour of Nortel Networks UK Limited referred to in the charges register or if appropriate signed on such proprietors behalf by a director secretary"
Land Registry. If the consent of the landlord in whom the reversion of a lease is vested is required for a Chargor to execute a legal mortgage over that lease, that Xxxxxxx will not be required to perform that obligation unless and until it has obtained the landlord’s consent. That Chargor must, upon Xxxxxx’s request, use all reasonable endeavours to obtain the landlord’s consent.
Land Registry. In respect of the Mortgaged Property specified in Schedule 1 the title to which is registered at the Land Registry and in respect of any other registered title(s) against which this Deed may be noted:
(a) the Chargor hereby applies to the Chief Land Registrar for a restriction in the following terms to be entered on the Proprietorship Register at the Register of Title relating thereto: "No disposition of [the part of ]the registered estate [edged in red on the plan] by the proprietor of the registered estate or by the proprietor of any registered charge, not being a charge registered before the entry of this restriction, is to be registered without a written consent signed by the proprietor for the time being of the charge dated [ ] in favour of Prudential Trustee Company Limited referred to in the charges register or their conveyancer"; and
(b) it is hereby certified that the security created hereby does not contravene any of the provisions of the Industrial and Provident Societies Xxx 0000 or the Rules of the Chargor.
Land Registry. In respect of the Mortgaged Property specified in Schedule 1 the title to which is registered at the Land Registry and in respect of any other registered title(s) against which this Deed may be noted:
(a) the Chargor hereby applies to the Chief Land Registrar for a restriction in the following terms to be entered on the Proprietorship Register of the Register of Title relating thereto: "No disposition of the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate or by the proprietor of any registered charge, not being a charge registered before the entry of this restriction, is to be registered without a written consent signed by the proprietor for the time being of the charge dated [] in favour of Prudential Trustee Company Limited referred to in the charges register or their conveyancer"; and
(b) it is hereby certified that the security created hereby does not contravene any of the provisions of the [Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965][Companies Act 2006] or the Constitutional Documents of the Chargor.
Land Registry. No disposition or dealing of the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate is to be registered without a written consent signed by the proprietor for the time being of the security agreement dated [ ] in favour of Barclays Bank PLC (as agent and trustee for the Creditors referred to in that security agreement), referred to in the charges register, or its conveyancer.
