Land Tax Payments. Payments made on the quarterly due dates, including approved grace periods, if any, for Land Taxes as determined by the Tax Assessor and the Tax Collector. Since the Project involves the construction of housing by the Entity, the Land upon which the Project is situated shall be exempt from taxation to the same extent as the improvements being constructed thereon, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:20-12. Accordingly, there shall be no credit against the Annual Service Charge for Land Tax Payments.

  • Tax Payments Each Company shall be liable for and shall pay the Taxes allocated to it by this Section 2 either to the applicable Tax Authority or to the other Company in accordance with Section 4 and the other applicable provisions of this Agreement.

If there are multiple Tenants signed to this Lease, all such Tenants are jointly, severally and individually bound by, and liable under, the terms and conditions of this Lease. A judgment entered against one Tenant shall be no bar to an action against other Tenants.
