Land Use and Development Code Applications. Nothing in this Addendum or in the Agreement shall be deemed an agreement or presumption to approve any application for sketch plan amendment, preliminary plat or final plat for the Phase 1 Development. Applications shall be processed and determined based on the requirements and criteria specified in the Town’s Land Use and Development Code.
