Any entry or work by Landlord may be during normal business hours and Landlord may use reasonable efforts to ensure that any entry or work shall not materially interfere with Tenant’s 's occupancy of the Premises.

Landlord shall also use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any installations made by Landlord within the Premises, including but not limited to piping, are concealed or boxed.

Any entry or work by Landlord may be during normal business hours Standard Operating Hours and Landlord may shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any entry or work shall not materially or adversely interfere with Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises.
