Common use of Landlord and Tenants Acts Clause in Contracts

Landlord and Tenants Acts. It shall be lawful for the Security Trustee or any Receiver at any time after an Event of Default (provided that such Event of Default is continuing) to exercise for and on behalf of a Company any or all of the powers conferred on a landlord or tenant by the Landlord and Tenant Acts 1927 and 1954 in respect of the Secured Property of such Company but without any obligation to exercise any of such powers and without any liability for powers so exercised and each Company hereby covenants with the Security Trustee that it will promptly deliver to the Security Trustee all notices served on such Company in respect of such Secured Property under the said Acts.
