Landlord Pays All Costs. Landlord shall pay all costs for the maintenance, repair, and operation of the Common Areas. Tenant shall be responsible for any costs caused by the intentional acts, negligence, carelessness, accident, or abuse of Tenant or Tenant’s employees, agents, invitees, guests, or licensees.
