Liability for Charges. 5.1 If the Card is lost or stolen or if the PIN is disclosed without authorisation, the Cardholder’s and Cardmember’s liability shall be limited to S$100 only if:
(a) the Cardholder or the Cardmember has immediately notified DBS of the loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure;
(b) the Cardholder and/or the Cardmember assists DBS in the recovery of the unauthorised charges incurred;
(c) the Cardholder and/or the Cardmember furnishes DBS with a police report accompanied by written confirmation of the loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure and any other information that DBS may require; and
(d) DBS is satisfied that such loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure is not due to the fraudulent act, negligence or default of the Cardholder and Cardmember.
5.2 The Cardholder and Cardmember shall not be liable for any Card Transaction effected after DBS has been notified that the Card was lost, stolen or PIN was disclosed without authorisation.
5.3 Should the Cardmember and/or Cardholder discover that its Card is lost, stolen or used in an unauthorised way, the Cardmember and/or the Cardholder shall notify DBS of the loss/ theft or unauthorised use by calling the DBS Customer Service Hotline at 1800 111 1111 or by notifying DBS in writing. In certain circumstances, DBS may also require the Cardmember and/or Cardholder to make a police report accompanied by written confirmation of the loss/theft/disclosure and any other information that DBS may require.
Liability for Charges. You agree to pay us for the credit purchases and cash advances you make under this credit card plan, plus the finance charges and other charges listed. You also agree to pay us for any charges made by others if (for example):
Liability for Charges a. You and/or Your Company shall be liable to us for all Charges in accordance with the liability type that is identified in the Application Form or that Your Company has otherwise agreed with us in writing. Subject to the terms of the “Cash Advances”, “Statements and Queries” and “Lost/Stolen Cards, Incorrectly Executed Transactions and Misuse of Your Account” sections of this Agreement:

Liability for Charges a. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement (for example in the “Liability for Unauthorised Charges” section of this Agreement (Section A, clause 11)), You are liable to us for all Charges incurred under any Programme.
b. Under the Corporate Card Programme the liability options available are described in Section B I. clause 3. Your liability for Charges, pursuant to Section A, clause 4(a) above, will depend on the liability option You have selected for the Corporate Card Programme on the Programme Application Form or otherwise agreed with us in writing.
c. Regardless of the liability or settlement option selected for Charges incurred under a Corporate Card Programme, Cardmember is entitled to make settlement for Charges directly to us for Charges shown on a Statement.

You and/or the Cardmember are liable to us for all Charges in accordance with the liability option that is identified in the Programme Application Form or that You have otherwise agreed with us in writing. Subject to the “Unauthorised Charges/Lost and Stolen or Otherwise Missing Cards, Misuse of an Account, Queries” section of this Agreement (Section A, clause 10) and the “Liability for Unauthorised Charges” section of this Agreement (Section A, clause 11), the liability options are:

Liability for Charges. If you terminate your Plan or Service in accordance with clause 12.2 (Changes by us), the Customer will remain liable for all Charges incurred up to the effective date of termination.
Liability for Charges. I am responsible for all purchases, cash advances and fees charged to the Card issued to me, and the Bank may, at its sole discretion, seek payment for all charges directly from me regardless of whether I have been reimbursed by my Agency/Organization.
