Common use of Landlord Related Parties Clause in Contracts

Landlord Related Parties. Landlord, Landlord’s Affiliates, and the members, principals, beneficiaries, partners, trustees, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, mortgagees, investment managers, property managers, brokers, contractors, attorneys, and agents of Landlord and Landlord’s Affiliates, and the successors of such parties.

Landlord Related Parties. Landlord, Landlord’s Affiliates, and the members, its principals, beneficiaries, partners, trustees, shareholdersofficers, directors, officersagents, employees, mortgagees, investment managers, property managers, brokers, contractors, attorneys, employees and agents of Landlord and Landlord’s Affiliates, and the successors of such partiesany Mortgagee(s) (as defined in Section 14.1 below).

Landlord Related Parties. Landlord, LandlordXxxxxxxx’s Affiliates, Advisor, and the members, principals, beneficiaries, partners, trustees, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, mortgagees, managers (including investment managers, managers and property managers), representatives, brokers, contractors, attorneys, and agents of Landlord and Landlord, Landlord’s AffiliatesAffiliates and Advisor, and the successors of such parties.
