LANDLORD – TENANT AGREEMENTS FOR PREMISES WITH INDIVIDUAL. METERS 4.1 AVAILABILITY OF AGREEMENT A landlord may enter into a Landlord – Tenant Agreement with the Cooperative to ensure continuity of service after a tenant’s departure and/or delinquency under the following terms and those set forth in the Landlord – Tenant Agreement. To enter into a Landlord – Tenant Agreement, the Landlord must complete a Landlord – Tenant Agreement and supply the Cooperative with the landlord’s and all tenants’ current mailing addresses and phone numbers. The landlord is responsible for keeping this information current.
