TRANSFER UPON DISCONNECTION. Upon receiving tenant’s timely request for service disconnection or notice of vacating the premises, the Cooperative will automatically transfer the account name and payment responsibility for the account to the landlord.

TRANSFER UPON DISCONNECTION. Upon receiving tenant’s timely request for service disconnection shall be in writing and delivered a minimum or notice of three working days prior to vacating the actual disconnect or service premises, the Cooperative will automatically transfer the account name and payment responsibility for the account to the landlord.

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Reduction and Disconnection NYISO or Transmission Owner may reduce Network Access Interconnection Service or disconnect the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities, when such, reduction or disconnection is necessary under Good Utility Practice due to an Emergency State. These rights are separate and distinct from any right of Curtailment of NYISO pursuant to the NYISO OATT. When NYISO or Transmission Owner can schedule the reduction or disconnection in advance, NYISO or Transmission Owner shall notify Developer of the reasons, timing and expected duration of the reduction or disconnection. NYISO or Transmission Owner shall coordinate with the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the reduction or disconnection during periods of least impact to the Developer and the New York State Transmission System. Any reduction or disconnection shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state as soon as practicable consistent with Good Utility Practice.

  • Transfer upon Bankruptcy (1) You may transfer escrow securities within escrow to a trustee in bankruptcy or another person or company entitled to escrow securities on bankruptcy.

  • Nonpayment and Procedures for Disconnection 12.1 If a Party is furnished Interconnection Services under the terms of this Agreement in more than one (1) state, Section 12.2 below through Section 12.19 below, inclusive, shall be applied separately for each such state.

  • Disconnection of Service Customer may discontinue service upon written notification to OFMTC, after which Customer will still be subject to payment of all applicable charges. No initial charges shall be refunded once OFMTC has accepted this contract. OFMTC has the right to discontinue Customer’s service without notice if payment is more than approximately 30 days in arrears, if Customer fails to honor the terms of this agreement, if Customer violates the rules or regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or if Customer uses the designated service for unlawful or prohibited purposes. If Customer’s service is disconnected for nonpayment of Customer’s bill, a reactivation fee may apply if the service is resumed. Customer will be liable for any costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to collection of the amounts owed. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT Based upon network availability, OFMTC High-Speed Internet Service is a “best efforts” service that can provide Downstream speeds ranging from 15 Mbps to 100 Mbps, based upon the package selected by Customer. The actual speeds experienced by customers may vary and depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, customer location, destination on the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with a high frequency spectrum on the customer’s telephone line, and other devices that may be attached to the same cable pair. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed. Maximum speeds MAY require additional equipment on certain speed plans.
