Common use of Landlord’s Assignment Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Assignment. Landlord may transfer and assign, in whole or in part, its rights and obligations in the Building, Land, or Premises that are the subject to this Lease, in which case Landlord shall have no further liability hereunder, provided that such transferee assumed the obligations of Landlord hereunder.
