Common use of Landlord’s Assignment Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Assignment. Landlord shall have the right to assign or transfer Landlord's interest in this Lease at any time, provided that the assignee or transferee assumes and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Lease and further provided that Landlord notifies Tenant of such assignment and provides Tenant with an executed copy of the transfer instrument.

Landlord’s Assignment. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign in whole or transfer Landlord's interest in part, by operation of law or otherwise.
