Common use of Landlord’s Assignment Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Assignment. Landlord shall have the right to assign or transfer its interests in this Lease at any time, provided that the assignee or transferee assumes and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Lease, and further provided that Landlord notifies Tenant of such assignment and provides Tenant with an executed copy of the agreement whereby the assignee or transferee agrees to be bound by the terms hereof.

Landlord’s Assignment. Its rights and obligations under this Lease at whenever Landlord, in its sole judgment, deems it appropriate without any time, provided that liability to Tenant and Tenant shall attorn to any party to which Landlord transfers the assignee or transferee assumes and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Lease, and further provided that Landlord notifies Tenant of such assignment and provides Tenant with an executed copy of the agreement whereby the assignee or transferee agrees to be bound by the terms hereofLeased Premises.
