Common use of Landlord's Disclaimer Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Disclaimer. Landlord and its Agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, glass, tile or sheetrock, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Premises or the Project, or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing works therein or from the roof, street or subsurface or whatsoever, unless caused by or due to the sole negligence or willful acts of Landlord or Landlord's Agents. Landlord and its Agents shall not be liable for interference with the light, air, or any latent defect in the Premises or the Project. Tenant shall give prompt written notice to Landlord in case of a casualty, accident or repair needed in the Premises.

Tenant shall give prompt written notice to Landlord in case of a casualty, accident or repair needed in to the Premises.

Tenant shall give prompt written notice to Landlord in case of a casualty, accident or repair needed in the Premises.
